1、 Objective: to standardize the safe operation and driving of forklift;
2、 Scope of application: forklift driver;
3、 Forklift safe driving rules:
1. The forklift can only be driven after passing the examination of relevant departments and obtaining the operation certificate of special type of work issued by government agencies, and the following safety operation regulations must be strictly observed.
2. You must carefully study and strictly abide by the operating procedures, and be familiar with the vehicle performance and the road conditions in the operating area. Master the basic knowledge and skills of forklift maintenance, and carefully do a good job in vehicle maintenance according to regulations.
3. It is forbidden to drive with people and drive after drinking; Eating, drinking and chatting are not allowed during driving; No mobile phone calls during driving.
4. Before use, the vehicle shall be strictly inspected. It is strictly prohibited to drive out with faults. It is not allowed to pass through dangerous or potentially dangerous sections by force.
The operation of the driver of the electric forklift must comply with the requirements of the safety regulations
1. Before operation, check the effectiveness of the braking system and whether the battery power is sufficient. If defects are found, deal with them before operation and then operate them
2. When handling goods, it is not allowed to use a single fork to move the goods, nor is it allowed to use the tip of the fork to pick up the goods. The fork must be fully inserted under the goods and placed evenly on the fork
3. Start smoothly, slow down before turning, don't drive too fast in normal speed, and brake and stop smoothly
4. No one is allowed to stand on the forklift, and no one is allowed to run on the forklift
5. Handle the goods with large size carefully, and do not handle the goods that are not fixed or loose
6. Check the electrolyte regularly. Do not use open flame lighting to check the battery electrolyte
7. Before parking, lower the forklift to the ground and place the forklift neatly. Stop and disconnect the whole vehicle
8. When the power supply is insufficient, the power protection device of the forklift will automatically turn on, and the forklift will refuse to ascend. It is forbidden to continue to carry goods. At this time, the forklift should be driven to the charger empty to charge.
9. When charging, disconnect the working system of the forklift from the battery, then connect the battery to the charger, then connect the charger to the power socket, and turn on the charger.
10. In general, intelligent chargers do not need manual intervention. Non intelligent chargers can manually intervene the output voltage and current value of the charger. Usually, the voltage output value is 10% higher than the nominal voltage of the battery, and the output current should be set at about 1 / 10 of the rated capacity of the battery. (for example, DC24V / 210ah battery, the output voltage and current of charger can be set to 26V, 21a)
4 Various safety requirements for forklift
(1) Check the vehicle
1. Before and after forklift operation, the appearance shall be checked and fuel, lubricating oil and cooling water shall be filled.
2. Check the safety performance of starting, running and braking.
3. Check whether the lights and horn signals are complete and effective.
4. During the operation of the forklift, check whether the pressure and temperature are normal.
5. After the forklift runs, it is also required to check the leakage and replace the seals in time.
(2) Start
1. Before starting, observe the surroundings. After confirming that there are no obstacles hindering driving safety, whistle first and then start.
2. For vehicles with hydraulic (pneumatic) braking, the brake hydraulic (pneumatic) gauge must be safe before starting.
3. When the forklift starts with a load, the driver should first confirm that the load is stable and reliable.
4. Start slowly and steadily.
(3) Driving
1. When driving, the height from the bottom of the fork to the ground shall be 300 ~ 400mm, and the gantry shall be tilted backward.
2. Do not lift the fork too high when driving. When entering or leaving the operation site or driving, pay attention to whether there are obstacles above. When the load is running, the forklift shall not be lifted too high, which will affect the stability of the forklift.
3. After unloading, lower the fork to the normal driving position before driving.
4. When turning, if there are pedestrians or vehicles nearby, send out driving signals first. It is forbidden to turn sharply at high speed, which will cause the vehicle to lose lateral stability and overturn.
5. It is forbidden to turn off the engine and slide when driving the forklift downhill. It is forbidden to brake suddenly when driving the load except under special circumstances.
6. When the forklift is running, it must abide by the traffic rules in the factory and keep a certain safe distance from the vehicles in front of it.
7. When the forklift is running, the load must be at the lowest position that does not hinder the travel, and the gantry should be properly tilted back. Do not raise the load except when stacking or loading.
8. The height of the load shall not block the driver's sight. When objects under special circumstances affect the line of sight, drive at a low speed when reversing
9. It is forbidden to turn on the ramp or drive across the ramp.
10. The safe driving speed of the forklift in the plant area is 5km / h, and the forklift must drive safely at a low speed when entering the production workshop area.
11. During lifting, lifting or driving of the forklift, it is forbidden to stand on the forklift to hold objects and play a balancing role.
12. If problems are found, they shall be repaired and reported in a timely manner, and they shall never work with diseases or conceal or report.
(4) Loading and unloading
1. When forking goods, adjust the space between the two forks as required to make the load of the two forks balanced without deflection. One side of the goods should be close to the blocking rack.
2. It is forbidden to work with a single fork or use a fork to push or pull objects. Safety warning signs must be set up to remind the surrounding pedestrians when pulling objects under special circumstances.
3. In the process of loading and unloading goods, the forklift must be braked with brakes.
4. The vehicle speed shall be slow and steady, and attention shall be paid not to roll the goods and skids on the wheels, so as to avoid injury caused by the rolled goods.
5. When forking goods, the fork should be as deep as possible under the load, and the fork tip should not touch other goods or objects. The minimum back tilt of the gantry shall be used to stabilize the load so as to avoid backward sliding after the load. The gantry can be slightly tilted forward to place the load and draw out the fork.
6. It is forbidden to fork goods at high speed and collide with hard objects with fork heads.
7. During forklift operation, it is forbidden to stand around the forks to avoid injury caused by collapse of goods.
8. It is forbidden to overload and lift personnel with forks for high-altitude operation to avoid falling accident.
9. Do not use braking inertia to slide, place, round or easily rolling objects.
10. It is not allowed to unload goods by forking, turning over and palletizing.
(5) Leave the forklift
1. It is forbidden to leave the forklift when the goods on the forklift are hanging in the air. Before leaving the forklift, the goods must be unloaded or the fork frame must be lowered.
2. Pull the parking brake handle or press the hand brake switch.
3. Engine shutdown and power failure. (except for special circumstances, such as the driver does not leave the vehicle's line of sight for more than 1 minute).
4. Remove the key.
(6) Parking precautions
1. Before the engine shuts down, make the engine run at idle speed
2. Turn off the engine after 2-3 minutes. After the engine is shut down, tighten the brake handle.
3. In the low temperature season (below zero), the cooling water shall be drained or antifreeze shall be added.
4. When the temperature is lower than - 15 ℃, remove the battery and move it indoors to avoid frost cracking. Turn the handle of the engine oil filter for 1-2 turns, check whether the bolts and nuts are loose, and eliminate the abnormal conditions in time.
5. Wash and wipe the forklift and park it in the garage or designated place after routine maintenance.
